DCS Enrollment Process

The enrollment process for the 2024/2025 school year will be as follows:

• February 5th through February 11th  – Re-enrollment Current students

• February 12th through February 25th – Discovery Christian School/Preschool and Christ’s Church Families

• February 26th – Open to The Public

Along with the new student application each new student will be charged a *non-refundable application fee of $200. Current students who re-enroll will be charged a $150 *non-refundable re-enrollment fee of $150. These charges will be paid online during the application or re-enrollment process.

*The application fee will be refunded if we do not have a spot for your child.

Returning Students Re Enrollment

The parents of current students will receive an email on January 31st at 9:00 AM with instructions on re-enrolling their student online.

New Student Application (opening to the public on Monday, February 26th

On February 12th through February 25th Discovery Christian Preschool and Christ’s Church families who have new students to enroll will be provided with a link to the online New Student Application form. Due to limited space we may have very few spots left in some grades. For this reason, we are asking those who want to fill out an application for the 2024/2025 school year send us an email request to admissions@discoverychristianschools.org.  Please include your child's full name and the grade they will be entering in the fall. If there is a spot open for them to register we will send you the link and instructions on how to register your child. If there is not a spot left for the grade your child is entering we will ask if you want to put your child's name on a wait list. 

2. After submitting the application and application fee, you will be contacted to set up a date for a family interview to tour, discuss the expectations of the school, and to determine if we can meet the needs of your child.

3. After Steps 1 through 3 have been completed, you will be notified regarding your child’s acceptance.

4. Upon acceptance you will receive a link and instructions to the online Enrollment packet. Those interested applying for tuition assistance will have a link to FACTS Grant and Aid where you can apply for assistance. The cost is $40 to apply and and is charged at the end of the process before submitted. After submitting the online enrollment, you can not go back in and make any changes.

5. In addition there are forms and documents required that need to be turned in to Discovery Christian School office by October 13 2024.The medical forms are available on our website on the Parents Resources page.

6. On July 1 you will be billed a $250 book fee and a $25 technology fee for grades K-3 or $50 technology fee for grades 4-8

7. Tuition payments are due on August 1.
