FACTS is the tuition management software utilized by Discovery Christian School to administer the billing and collection of tuition, standardized campus and incidental fees. Discovery Christian School does not offer a self-pay option and all NEW families are required to register with FACTS at the time of enrollment. Once a family has established a FACTS account, the account will automatically rollover each year the student is enrolled to the new school year. FACTS provides families with full transparency of their school financial account and allows account owners to change bank information as needed. Families can pay online at any time or let payments process automatically. Changes to a due date or payment plan can be made by contacting the Discovery Christian School Office Administrator. Discovery Christian School pays the cost of enrolling in FACTS. If a family chooses to pay via a credit or debit card, all fees for this service are assessed to the family. No fees are charged for accessing a bank account through the direct debit option (ACH). Parents can not only pay tuition through the portal but can also pay for lunch when it becomes available and incidentals such as t-shirts, field trips, etc.
The FACTS Family Portal is also where parents will see their child's grades and progress.
